Lee has over 35 years' experience in the automotive industry with an extensive background in electrical and mechanical engineering. Specialising in engineering and manufacturing operations, safety and quality systems, high volume assembly and supply base. His leadership in lean manufacturing and engineering optimisation has consistently delivered outstanding results across some of the industry's biggest names.
Paul Sparrow
Head of Design
Our lead designer and stylist, Paul, brings over 30 years of automotive industry experience to Berkeley Coachworks. Known for blending innovative concepts with functional aesthetics, he has developed award-winning designs that push the boundaries of car styling across both exterior and interior design. Beyond automotive projects, Paul applies his creativity to boats and architectural concepts.
Tom Hoare
Head of Engineering
Tom is an experienced engineering leader with a background in mechanical engineering across the automotive, motorsport, aerospace and commercial vehicle sectors. With over a decade of experience working in highly regulated, performance-led environments, he brings together hands-on engineering expertise and practical leadership to deliver safe, compliant and innovative solutions. His experience covers mechanical design, powertrain systems, durability, testing and validation, and close collaboration with suppliers, with a pragmatic, detail-focused approach that turns customer requirements into robust, efficient and exciting products.
